2 year old, 2100 sq ft. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a two car garage and fenced yard. Asking 225$ a night for a minimum stay of 4 nights- with a 400$ deposit that will be credited toward your stay. Located at 2452 W. Berkley Ln in Hayden, Idaho 83835- about 5 miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene and about 1.5 miles from part of the bike course. We have 4 bedrooms, right now, two of them are children's rooms but we have double beds we can set up in each. The other two rooms have queen size beds already in them. So you could comfortably sleep up to 8 people- we also have two couches that could be used in a pinch. This would be an exclusive rental to you, we would leave town and the house would be yours. The price is firm and there are no other fees. I used a vacation rental agreement last year that is pretty standard. We have an oversized two car garage and a fenced yard that the gates can be locked. Perfect for bikes/ gear etc.. We have a covered patio in back with a grill you are welcome to use.
